Short listing
We short list both internal and external candidates by matching their skills, knowledge, qualifications and experience to the job description.
Assessment
If you are short listed, the type of further assessment depends on the role you have applied for. At Ai Claims Solutions we see selection as a two way process, where we can find out about your strengths, development needs and potential and you can gain a deeper insight into the company and the role to help you decide if this is the job for you.
Customer Service Positions
You will be asked to complete:
- Ability Tests – covering skills such as numeracy and typing.
- Competency Based Interview – to ascertain your approach to handling situations.
Management Team Positions
You will be asked to complete a selection of the following:
- Group Discussion – to assess team work.
- Role Play – to check that you possess key competencies.
- Presentation – to assess your communication skills.
- In Tray Exercise – to demonstrate your ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
- Ability Test – to measure your aptitude, trainability, speed of learning & ability to retain new skills and information.
- Competency Based Interview – to ascertain your approach to handling situations.
- Biographical Interview – to discuss your CV, employment history and career choices.
What Professional Training & Development Does Ai Offer?

Induction & Training
We invest in every employee, with a comprehensive induction programme, to give you an overview of the company and how we operate. Like every member of staff, you will receive three weeks in depth, job specific training in our purpose built skills centre, before you become fully operational, to ensure you are highly proficient both technically and in customer service. You will have the competency to handle every aspect of a claim from start to finish, so you can enjoy the job satisfaction of being able to help clients by meeting all their needs and delivering great service.
Continued Professional Development
