Defenda represents a ground-breaking shift in the motor claims industry, as insurers look to manage claims efficiently and control credit hire claims cost. The Defenda concept has been quickly recognised by insurers, and further development is underway to improve fraud screening and linkage into Ai’s existing intervention product, Reserva.
