The Mobilisa team of trained professionals work with and on the behalf of insurers, brokers, fleet managers and automotive manufacturers in claims brought by non-fault third parties. We provide services to these claimants using best practice to deal with the cases swiftly and efficiently.
The service provides the means of keeping a claimant mobile whilst their claim is being settled in full. The service can be as simple as the provision of a replacement vehicle whilst the claimants own vehicle is being repaired in an insurers repair network. It can also act additionally to provide a repair management or total loss settlement for a claimant.
We manage and mitigate claims with transparency following the ABI - GTA protocols so the paying insurer is assured that every aspect of the service is fully cost justified.
Ai offers insurers a cost effective alternative to processing third party credit hire claims. This new product, called Defenda, offers a proactive approach to credit hire defence.
Process integration is simple, risk free and non-customer facing (standard product).
Defenda offers a pro-active approach to managing credit hire claims, by constantly checking with the CHO and other parties such as repairers or client insurers – thereby managing the hire period to a lower level than simply allowing the CHO to manage it. In addition, Defenda aims to avoid costly and pointless technical arguments often raised by insurance companies claims departments – thereby saving penalty exposure. Finally, the product provides insurers with technical intel on CHO tactics, advises on unethical practices (when identified), and returns accurate MI to enable insurers to better understand internal performance and savings achievable through process change.
We have two product offerings:
1. Defenda standard service which simply manages any element of claim the CHO is pursuing (credit hire, credit repair etc) and approves the claim for payment on a without prejudice basis back to the instructing insurance company.
2. Defenda Prestige, the above plus an additional service which also undertakes investigations into liability and negotiates terms with the CHO (admit, dispute or negotiate split).
